Ian Borthwick, Reduced to Silence, 2020

from $2,986.92

A scene perhaps never to be repeated. Usually, at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night – or any night – the Place Charles de Gaulle (aka Place de l’Etoile) is a heaving mass of traffic, 12 unformed klaxonning lanes feeding in from the 12 avenues which make up l’Etoile. But during Covid, apart from perhaps a lone scooter sneaking through on the right, this massive junction was, as the French say, ‘réduit au silence’ (reduced to silence).

This is a limited edition of 12 prints (plus two artist proofs).

Printed on Photo Rag Ultra Smooth paper and mounted to Kapa board.

---

Price includes frame and GST. Dimensions shown are the unframed artwork size.

PLEASE NOTE: This price includes an online transaction fee of approximately 2.9%. If you would like to avoid that fee please contact us to purchase via direct invoice.

DMC can arrange freight within New Zealand and internationally. Please contact deborah@dmcart.net for a freight quote.

Insurance during transit is the responsibility of the buyer.

Contact for direct orders: Deborah McCormick, Director, DMC, deborah@dmcart.net or +64 27 280 9557.
